On October 8th, 2000, Collegiate United Methodist Church, voted to adopt their Reconciling Statement. On October 11, 2020, we will gather to worship (digitally) and celebrate how far we’ve come and look to the future work ahead of us. On October 11, 2020 (National Coming Out Day) we celebrated in worship with a reminder that there is still much work to do.

Our special guest, Rev. Scott Grotewold, Lead Pastor in 2000, shared the history of the Reconciling Statement.

Pastor Sam Fisher was our guest preacher, preaching on Jonah 1:1-16 “The Raging Sea of Being a Gay United Methodist”
